Need help de-stressing before the kids are off for summer?! Or, just want to learn helpful techniques to live in the moment?! This Self Care Series intends to give you tools to support yourself no matter what life throws your way!
The second session will focus on providing you with exercises for self-care, emotional healing, and forgiveness practices. Join Brandie Furniss at the Library with this second session having an emphasis on your Emotional Well-Being.
Sign up by Friday, May 17th, and will be $10 (value is $25 per course).
