Self Care Series at 4pm
Need help de-stressing before the kids are off for summer?! Or, just want to learn helpful techniques to live in the moment?! This Self Care Series intends to give you tools to support yourself no matter what life throws your way!
The series will start off with guided meditation/visualization, along with exercises and discussion to shift your mindset to claiming the present! Join Brandie Furniss at the Library with this first session having an emphasis on your Body/Mind Connection.
Sign up by Friday, May 3rd, and the cost will be $10 (value is $25 per course).
