Chair Yoga Class
Join us with Colleen Clark – a registered yoga teacher with certification on multitype yoga-on Tuesday February 28th at 4pm.
This hour long class of gentle stretching done in or with the assistance of a chair.
Additional props may be helpful but not required, however you may want to bring a mat for more
relaxing my savasana options.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and please bring a matt if you have one and any
