Beer 101 at 6:30pm

A beer taste-testing workshop held at the Byron-Bergen Public Library, and led by Katie Beyer, Certified Cicerone®.  This class will teach people who LIKE to drink beer more about HOW to taste and interact with beer on a deeper level.  By learning the history, how to taste, ingredients, off flavors (why some beer taste bad), and go through the modern brewing process.  You will also, of course, get to taste the assorted beers in the presentation, as well as a snack plate.  Sign up by Wednesday, March 18th.
