Book Making with Laura at 11:30am
Calling all homeschoolers! We have a program led by Laura Jackett that will be held at the Byron-Bergen Public Library. You will learn to make a Kaleidoscope book that opens like a fan or a DNA Helix. Students will develop science skills through the construction of these books, and math skills through the necessary measurements to make well built books. You will get to keep the book you make in this class, which will help promote writing and creativity for kids afterwards! Sign up by September 19th–space is limited!
This program is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrant Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with support of the office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by GO Art!
