Join us with Colleen Clark – a registered yoga teacher with certification on multitype yoga- on Tuesday February 28th at 6pm.
This beginner yoga class will introduce basic yoga poses and concepts, including modifications using props to make yoga accessible to anyone.
Additional props may be helpful but not required, however you may want to bring a mat . There will be mats available .
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and please bring a matt if you have one and any
