DESCRIPTION:Talented musician Leah Ou will dazzle listeners with the pipa, her traditional Chinese folk instrument, as well as exploring Chinese culture through this instrument with a two thousand year history.   Leah’s program will express her pride in Chinese musical culture and authenticity of expression through music.  This program will be able to be enjoyed by all ages.  Sign up by July, 17th is appreciated.\nThis project is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrant Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by GO ART!\n
